Job summary

INFO ORIGIN in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Attorney to join as Associate General Counsel to support healthcare regulation and licensing matters across Tennessee.

The role will report to a Deputy General Counsel, handle disciplinary cases, and represent the department in licensing matters. A JD and Tennessee Bar in good standing are required; trial experience is preferred. Hybrid work with weekly in-office presence in Nashville.

Qualifications

• JD required; Tennessee Bar in good standing.
• At least 1 year of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Litigation experience with trial exposure strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
