Job summary

InfoStride is seeking an Attorney / Associate General Counsel to handle legal and disciplinary matters involving healthcare professionals, with a focus on Tennessee’s rural counties.

The role entails reviewing complaints, managing investigations, and overseeing litigation, including discovery, motions, and trials. The attorney will work closely with investigators and licensing boards and support legislative projects as needed.

Qualifications

• JD (Juris Doctor) degree required.
• Tennessee Bar admission and in good standing required.
• At least 1 year of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Candidate must be a Tennessee resident.
• Candidate must provide a writing sample (max 10 pages).
• TN Bar license number must be included with the application.
• Candidate must obtain professional liability insurance before starting.
