• JD from an accredited law school.
• 4-6 years of real estate experience in a large law firm.
• Experience representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions.
• Strong due diligence experience, including lease, title and survey review.

• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
