Job summary

AppleOne is assisting a long-established Winter Park law firm in finding an experienced commercial real estate associate. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, title and closings, and commercial leasing, plus loan document review.

The candidate must be a member of the Florida bar, be extremely detail-oriented, and possess strong drafting, organizational, analytical, and drafting skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Professional, client-service oriented demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on legal issues related to commercial real estate development, zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sales, title and closings, and commercial leasing experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience reviewing and negotiating commercial loan documents.

The candidate must be conscientious, extremely detail-oriented and have strong organizational, analytical, and drafting skills. This position requires the ability to handle a high volume of work, prioritize appropriately, and work independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic commercial real estate team. No portable business is required, but a plus. Candidate must be a member of the Florida bar.
