Job summary

Teksky LLC seeks an experienced Attorney with a strong background in foreclosure and real estate law. The attorney will manage foreclosure matters, communicate directly with clients, and handle cases from initial review through resolution.

Responsibilities include handling residential and commercial foreclosure matters, preparing pleadings and notices, representing clients in hearings, and conducting legal research to comply with West Virginia laws and court rules.

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Foreclosure experience required.
  • Client-facing/customer relationship experience.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Creditor Rights, Collections, Bankruptcy, or Civil Litigation is a plus.
  • Strong communication, legal writing, and case-management skills.
