Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks an experienced DUI defense attorney to manage a caseload of 25–40 criminal matters across Oregon, including arraignments, hearings, and trials. You will counsel clients with clarity and empathy, develop case strategies, and mentor junior attorneys while contributing to business development and rainmaking.

Required: J.D. from ABA-accredited school, active Oregon State Bar, 5+ years in criminal law with trial experience; DUI/felony experience; Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active membership in the Oregon State Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of criminal law experience (defense, prosecution, or judicial), including trial experience.
• DUI defense and/or felony case experience.
• Courtroom confidence and sound judgment under pressure.
• Experience in Willamette Valley, Eugene-area, Coastal, or Portland Metro courts.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.

Compensation

• $125,000-$150,000 base salary + bonus
