Job summary

EJI Recruiting in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our in-office team. You will manage the litigation cycle for high-stakes personal injury matters, develop trial-ready strategies, draft and argue motions, and lead mediations and depositions.

The role requires active Florida Bar membership and plaintiff-side PI experience, with strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom readiness.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Personal injury litigation experience, plaintiff side preferred; trial experience a plus.

Hiring a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Tampa, FL. This established plaintiff's injury law firm seeks an experienced litigator to handle its higher-stakes matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the litigation cycle of the firm's more complex personal injury matters
• Develop litigation strategy and manage case development through trial
• Draft and argue complex motions, lead mediations, and handle all case advocacy
• Take and defend depositions, including witnesses and medical experts
• Manage discovery, legal research, and ongoing medical treatment monitoring
• Collaborate with Litigation support staff and litigation team associates.

Requirements for this role:

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Must have personal injury litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side - trial experience is a plus!
• Experience in motions practice, depositions, mediation, and case development through trial readiness
• Strong legal writing abilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a high degree of courtroom readiness
• Well-versed in reviewing medical records, handling complex medical bills, and understanding treatment timelines as they relate to case value.
