• Proficient in Negotiation and Settlement discussions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Experience in workers' compensation defense is a must
