Medical Malpractice Attorney
Hybrid -- Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
$110,000--$220,000+
If you're starting to think about your next move, you don't necessarily need to be actively looking.
Maybe you want more interesting work, greater responsibility, better support or simply a clearer idea of where your career can go over the next few years.
If that sounds familiar, this could be worth a conversation.
I'm working with a well-established national law firm that's looking to grow its Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Litigation team in Oklahoma City.
They're interested in speaking with attorneys from around 2 years' experience through to more senior attorneys and Partners who have built their careers within medical malpractice, healthcare or professional liability litigation.
The position offers a hybrid set-up, giving you the flexibility to split your time between home and the firm's Oklahoma City office.
You'll be joining an established team handling sophisticated healthcare litigation, with the opportunity to work closely with medical professionals, healthcare providers and institutional clients.
For someone earlier in their career, there's plenty of support and opportunity to develop. For a more experienced attorney, there's scope to take greater ownership of matters and continue building your practice.
Your caseload could include:
You'll have meaningful involvement in your matters rather than simply handling one small part of the litigation process.
You'll need at least 3 years of litigation experience and admission to the Oklahoma Bar.
Previous medical malpractice or healthcare litigation experience would be particularly valuable, along with strong research, writing, deposition and advocacy skills.
More than anything, they're looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, communicate confidently with clients and wants to continue developing their litigation experience.
Hybrid working. Sophisticated cases. Strong support. Genuine responsibility. And room to progress.
Compensation is $110,000--$220,000+, depending on experience.
If you've started wondering what else might be available, even if you're not actively applying, I'd be happy to tell you more.
I know depositions, court appearances and the small matter of actually billing your hours don't always leave much room in your day.
