Synectics Inc. seeks a Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to represent clients across a broad range of civil matters and lead cases through all stages of litigation.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, perform legal research, draft pleadings and contracts, appear in court, take depositions, and manage multiple matters with tight deadlines. California Bar admission required; JD degree and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active California State Bar license.
• Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience.

Summary

Seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to represent clients across a broad range of civil law matters and handle cases through various stages of litigation.

Job Duties

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery and trial.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, discovery, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Appear in court.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals.
• Utilize legal research and document management software as needed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admission to the California State Bar required.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
