My client, a well-respected full-service law firm, seeks a litigation associate with 5+ years of experience to join its Baltimore office. The responsibilities include:

• handling complex commercial litigation and construction litigation;
• managing cases through trial, including motions, depositions, and discovery; and
• drafting pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
