Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on various matters.
• Represent clients in court or before agencies.
• Review insurance policies for coverage advice.
• Handle insurance defense cases diligently.
• Draft legal documents (wills, deeds, contracts, etc.).
• Research and interpret laws and regulations.
• Negotiate civil dispute settlements.
• Supervise legal assistants and paralegals.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and trends.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission.
• 3-4+ years in Insurance Defense or Plaintiff side experience (MVA, premises liability, etc.).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and legal research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ethics and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in legal software.
