  • Draft dispositive and non-dispositive motions.

Mission Recruiting is representing a nationally respected construction litigation practice seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join its California team. This hybrid opportunity, with a preference for the Los Angeles area, offers a $150,000–$250,000+ base salary, depending on experience, and exposure to sophisticated disputes involving major commercial and infrastructure projects across the country.

The attorney will represent contractors in complex construction disputes involving mechanics' liens, stop notices, surety claims, delay disputes, contract claims, and other high-value construction litigation matters.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $150,000–$250,000+, depending on experience
  • 401(k) with profit sharing

Location & Work Arrangement

California — Los Angeles area preferred

About the Opportunity

Mission Recruiting's client maintains a sophisticated construction litigation practice representing major contractors in disputes arising from significant commercial and infrastructure projects.

The practice offers exposure to complex, high-value matters rather than routine construction disputes. Attorneys handle matters involving mechanics' liens, stop notices, surety claims, construction delays, contract disputes, and other contractor‑side claims.

The successful attorney will manage individual matters while collaborating with experienced litigators on larger, multi-party disputes. The role provides substantive responsibility for case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
