Battle Born Injury Lawyers in Las Vegas seeks a Nevada-licensed attorney to handle a diverse litigation caseload, including motor vehicle, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking, and general negligence matters.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada bar membership required or in good standing.
• Civil litigation experience welcomed but not required; insurance defense background a plus.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom instincts.
• Eager to own a caseload, with mentorship along the way.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from workup through resolution or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct legal research.
• Take and defend depositions; handle hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for trial and second-chair or lead as appropriate.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a plaintiff personal injury firm looking for a Nevada-licensed attorney to carry a litigation caseload — motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking, and general negligence matters. Newer attorneys are encouraged to apply: you’ll get real files, real courtroom time, and support from claims managers and staff as you grow into them.
