Position Overview:

An AV-rated Bay Area law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have several years of insurance coverage and/or litigation experience and be prepared to take on significant case-handling responsibilities.

Attorneys located outside the Bay Area are also encouraged to apply, as the firm offers both hybrid and fully remote work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle significant case responsibilities from inception through resolution.
• Manage insurance coverage and litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality written work product.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Independently manage assigned cases and meet deadlines.
• Support the firm’s litigation and insurance coverage practice as needed.
