BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation to join their Kansas City, MO office. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of client representation in workers' compensation cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The role requires proactive client communication, negotiation with insurance companies, strong legal research and writing, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload with meticulous organization.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Bar license.
• Eligibility to obtain Kansas Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity).
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and claim status.
• Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
• Draft case materials, correspondence, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared by you and your team.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff.
