Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking an Attorney in California to manage and litigate an independent caseload with at least 1 year of litigation experience. Newly admitted attorneys with a strong interest in civil litigation are encouraged to apply.

The role requires a Juris Doctor and active California Bar license, and offers opportunities to draft pleadings, conduct research, and prepare cases for settlement and trial. You will work with seasoned attorneys and support staff in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license required.
• At least 1 year of litigation experience preferred.
• Newly admitted attorneys with an interest in civil litigation are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
