Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial litigation
• Handle trials, appeals, and arbitration proceedings

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial litigation
• Strong trial, deposition, and advocacy skills
• Licensed to practice in Texas
• Base Salary: Flexible and negotiable
• Bonuses: Discretionary, performance-based
• Healthcare Stipend: $1,800/month (can be used for benefits or as a bonus)
• Retirement: SEP IRA with up to 25% firm contribution after 1 year
