Job summary

Biscayne Staffing, in partnership with a national firm, is seeking a bankruptcy associate with 3-6 years of experience to strengthen its Restructuring & Bankruptcy team in Florida.

You will represent lenders, creditors, and businesses in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters, handling complex insolvency matters and supporting clients in federal and state courts.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience required.
• Experience representing lenders and creditors in bankruptcy matters.

They seek a proactive associate attorney to enhance their Restructuring & Bankruptcy team. The position involves representing lenders, creditors, and businesses in commercial loan restructuring, insolvency issues, and bankruptcy cases in both federal and state courts.

This role supports clients in resolving complex financial challenges and insolvency processes, frequently representing midsize and regional companies, lenders, and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.
