Opportunity Summary

Mission Recruiting is representing a respected law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance practice. This is a non-litigation opportunity for an attorney with experience advising healthcare organizations on complex federal and state regulatory matters.

Location & Work Arrangement

The position is available in Dallas, Texas; Salt Lake City, Utah; or Amarillo, Texas. California-licensed attorneys with 5+ years of direct healthcare regulatory and compliance experience may be considered for a fully remote arrangement anywhere in the United States.

Compensation

$120,000–$165,000+ DOE

The position has a 1,650-hour annual billable requirement.

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an attorney who can advise healthcare clients across a broad range of regulatory, compliance, transactional, licensing, and reimbursement matters.

The successful candidate will work with healthcare organizations on issues involving the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, False Claims Act, Medicare, and Medicaid, while also assisting with agreements, compliance programs, audits, investigations, licensing matters, and healthcare transactions.

This role is particularly well suited for an attorney who wants to focus on sophisticated healthcare regulatory and compliance work outside of litigation.
