Office locations include Dallas, Salt Lake City, or Amarillo. The firm notes that California-licensed attorneys with 5+ years of healthcare regulatory experience may be considered for remote work anywhere in the U.S.

Formación

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of healthcare regulatory and compliance experience.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise healthcare clients on the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, False Claims Act, Medicare and Medicaid.
• Draft agreements and compliance materials.
• Assist with licensing, reimbursement, audits, investigations, and healthcare transactions.
