A Day in the Life of the Associate/Senior Attorney

In this role, you'll dive into the defense of civil litigation matters across South Carolina, handling diverse and challenging cases for retail and hospitality clients. You'll take an active role in every stage of the litigation process, from drafting key documents to appearing at depositions and trials, all while helping the firm expand its footprint and reputation across the state.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar
• Admission to the Federal District Court of South Carolina (preferred)
• 3+ years of civil defense experience with a demonstrated track recordExcellent analytical, writing, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Prior civil defense experience specifically with retail and hospitality clients
