Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Manage probate and estate administration cases from inception through completion.
• Draft and review estate planning documents and provide guidance on asset protection and strategies.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and court personnel; maintain accurate case records; monitor deadlines.

A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its growing team in either Clearwater or Venice, Florida. Job and Responsibilities

The Estate Planning & Probate Attorney will advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal documents. The role involves managing probate and estate administration cases from inception through completion, drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, and providing guidance on asset protection and estate planning strategies. Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and court personnel, maintaining accurate case records, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring matters progress efficiently and effectively.

Compensation & Location

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
