What Would You Be Doing?

You'll be joining an experienced insurance coverage team handling a varied mix of advisory and litigation matters. There's plenty of opportunity to take ownership of your work, develop your expertise, and become increasingly involved in client relationships and case strategy.

Your work will include:

• Advising insurers on complex coverage questions and policy interpretation across multiple lines of insurance.
• Drafting coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and other key coverage correspondence.
• Handling insurance coverage litigation, from the early stages through to resolution.
• Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive legal memoranda.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Working closely with partners on litigation strategy while gaining greater independence in managing matters.
• Building relationships with clients and providing practical, commercially minded advice.

What Are They Looking For?

• 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage and/or related litigation.
