Job summary

LEAHY, EISENBERG & FRAENKEL, LTD. seeks a Litigation Attorney with 3–7 years of experience in both general litigation and insurance coverage matters.

The candidate will be responsible for file handling from initial analysis through negotiations and trial, including party and expert depositions, under the supervision of senior attorneys. The position offers competitive compensation based on experience and a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, holidays, PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of litigation experience, including file handling, analysis, negotiations, and depositions.
• 3–7 years of insurance coverage experience.
• Strong writing and research skills; ability to draft complex briefs.
• Indiana license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of files from analysis to negotiations and trial, including party and expert depositions.
• Handle discovery, motions, and settlement discussions as part of the litigation team.
