The firm is seeking a Tennessee-licensed attorney. The candidate will meet with clients, perform legal research, create case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery, conduct depositions, and organize and marshal matters through trial. The applicant will also be called upon to draft business formation documents, estate documents, and contracts.
The ideal applicant must have superior interpersonal skills, work well under pressure, be proactive, highly motivated, independent, dependable, and eager to learn. Communication and respect for other team members is imperative.

Negotiable based on experience, desired payment structure, and degree of flexibility. Compensation may also be based on a percentage of earnings. Additional forms of compensation are negotiable and may include continuing legal education courses, privilege tax, fees, and bar association dues.
