Studies show that diverse candidates are less likely to apply for a position if they do not wholeheartedly believe that they are 10,000% capable of fulfilling the job duties. We would rather have someone who is reliable, a quick learner, functions well under pressure, and has a great personality over a well-experienced candidate any day. We can teach you the skill set.
