You will represent clients, manage a busy caseload, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and engage in negotiations and mediation. The role also supports business development and mentorship for junior staff.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience practicing law.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered focus.

• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
