Job summary

George Sink Injury Lawyers is seeking an outstanding Personal Injury Attorney to grow within a supportive team in Charleston, SC. You will manage pre-litigation PI cases, evaluate liability, negotiate settlements, and draft demand packages.

Strong communication and client advocacy are essential. Requirements include SC licensure, +GA/NC is a plus, bilingual in Spanish and English, and PI experience preferred, especially with workers' compensation knowledge.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• Georgia or North Carolina admission a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Personal injury experience preferred; workers' compensation knowledge a plus.
• Ability to build client relationships and maintain confidentiality.
• Organized, dependable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from start to settlement.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value; build a strategy to maximize recovery.
• Draft and negotiate demand packages including injuries, treatment, procedures, surgeries, and care.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and opposing parties to negotiate settlements.
• Keep clients informed with clear and timely communication.
• Gather and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Document every call, update, and decision in Litify.
• Identify cases that should move into litigation and coordinate a handoff.

George Sink Injury Lawyers is looking for an outstanding Personal Injury Attorney who is eager to grow and develop within a supportive and collaborative environment to join our growing team!

As an Attorney, you must be a self‑starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. A strong interest in personal injury law and client advocacy is essential.

Attorney Job Duties

• Manage a caseload of pre‑litigation personal injury files from the initial start of the case through settlement.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value; build a strategy to maximize each client’s recovery.
• Draft and negotiate demand packages — including injuries, treatment, procedures, surgeries, and the full course of care.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and opposing parties to negotiate the best possible settlements for the clients.
• Keep clients informed and supported throughout their case, in clear and timely communication.
• Gather and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Document every call, update, and decision in Litify, our case management system.
• Identify cases that should move into litigation and coordinate a clean handoff.

Attorney Skills and Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia or North Carolina, is a plus.
• Able to build client relationships and uphold client confidentiality.
• Must be able to plan, be organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (strongly preferred—many of our clients are Spanish‑speaking).
• Personal injury experience preferred; ideally with knowledge of Workers Compensation.
