We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to manage all facets of litigation while working alongside a passionate and committed legal team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from initial filing through resolution or trial.
  • Draft and propound written discovery and respond to discovery requests.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands
  • Prepare and review case-related documents, from correspondence to settlement demands.
  • Conduct depositions.
  • Effectively delegate tasks to paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.
  • Negotiate and settle cases, providing clients with excellent service throughout the process.

Base salary: $140,000 - $175,000



Requirements
  • Active bar membership.
  • Experience in either Personal Injury Law or Habitability Law required**
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
