You will handle all stages of PI litigation, including hearings, depositions, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation, with training and resources provided to develop your litigation skills and advance within the firm.
Job Description
Compensation: $105,000–$200,000 annually (DOE), plus performance-based commissions and discretionary bonus
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Depending on experience, attorneys will receive the training, support, and resources needed to develop their litigation skills or immediately take ownership of active litigation files. This position offers exposure to every stage of personal injury litigation, including court appearances, depositions, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, mediation, trial preparation, and overall case strategy.
