Job summary

McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia, P.C. in Boston, MA seeks a mid to senior level attorney to join our civil defense practice and contribute to growing client representation in high-stakes matters.

You will attend depositions and court appearances, draft pleadings and discovery, and participate in trial preparation with opportunities to lead cases as appropriate within a collaborative, mid-sized firm environment with strong client service expectations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts required; admissions in additional jurisdictions a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of civil defense litigation experience required.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
• Hybrid Work Option.

MKCI is a comprehensive civil defense litigation firm with a track record of successfully defending clients in high-stakes cases across various products liability/toxic tort and general liability matters, including claims related to asbestos and talc, premises liability, transportation, public entities, construction defects, labor law, insurance coverage, and environmental issues.

We are seeking a mid to senior level attorney to join our Boston, MA office. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our practice groups with the support and resources of a mid-sized firm. Portable business is a plus but not required.
