A well-established South Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join and help grow its expanding Trusts & Estates practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on a significant role within a developing department. The firm has a junior associate already in place and is seeking an experienced attorney who can independently manage sophisticated matters, work directly with clients, and provide mentorship as the practice continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated estate planning, trust, probate and estate administration matters
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related estate-planning documents
• Counsel clients regarding estate and trust planning strategies
• Work directly with high-net-worth individuals and families
