Associates will have an immediate opportunity for client contact and substantive responsibility in all aspects of assigned matters, including appearing before courts and governmental agencies.

Qualifications

• 0–7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.

Hankin Palladino Weintrob Bell & Labov is seeking associate attorneys with 0–7 years of experience to join our growing litigation practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, and public and private contract law.

Associates will have an immediate opportunity for client contact and substantive responsibility in all aspects of assigned matters, including appearing before courts and governmental agencies. Associates will work as part of a collaborative team with an active litigation practice throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida.

We are seeking both immediate hires and current judicial law clerks available for a September 2026 start date.
