Monge & Associates is seeking a high-performing attorney to join its award-winning team in Georgia. You will handle meaningful personal injury cases from start to finish in a positive, collaborative environment.

We seek lawyers with proven results, strong client communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while maintaining a busy caseload. The role offers a flexible on-site and remote work schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload, supervising, mentoring and coaching support staff.
• Self-starter with a track record of proven results.
• Minimum 2 years of practice experience in personal injury or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-value caseload including trucking collisions, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability and other negligence cases.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff; ensure timely, quality work.
• Maintain excellent client communication and diligent action on all matters.
