Job summary

Monge & Associates is seeking a superstar attorney to join an award-winning team handling meaningful personal injury cases from start to finish. The firm emphasizes a positive team atmosphere and making a difference for clients. Attorneys are encouraged to apply from plaintiff and defense backgrounds.

You will manage high-value caseloads, mentor support staff, and maintain strong client communication while contributing to the firm’s culture of excellence and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience managing caseload, supervising, mentoring and coaching support staff.
• Driven, self-starter with a track record of proven results.
• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury or related litigation.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle a high value caseload including trucking, motor vehicle and premises liability cases.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff.
• Maintain excellent client communication and thorough case diligence.
