Confidential in Arizona is seeking an experienced attorney with expertise in first-party property insurance litigation to own cases and advocate for policyholders.

The attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, participate in hearings, mediations, and trials, and communicate with clients regarding strategy and status. Collaboration with other attorneys and staff is expected, with strong organization and deadline management.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona Bar license.
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with first-party property insurance litigation strongly preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong client-service and communication skills.

Compensation

Base salary + commissions + bonus opportunity, including uncapped earning potential
