Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain state pesticide license within 90 days; training provided.
• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance preferred.
• Strong work ethic and customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and in all weather and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Perform light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
