Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks in residential and commercial settings.

You will interact with customers, explain services, and ensure safety protocols while delivering high-quality pest control and related services across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide; follow product label instructions.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us)
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients; install and maintain termite control systems
• Install TAP insulation; manage job-site prep and clean-up
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage
• Communicate with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols
• Stay updated on industry trends and training to enhance skills
