Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a part- or full-time Attending Physician to manage new admissions and collaborate with on-site Nurse Practitioners across skilled nursing facilities in Maryland. The role offers flexible schedules, no nights or weekends, and fully covered malpractice insurance.

Qualifications include an MD/DO, US residency, and active state license with a DEA license. The position is on-site, with a focus on high-quality geriatric primary care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid medical license in the state of practice.
• DEA license in applicable state.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. residency program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Attending Physician for SNFs/Rehabs and participate in quality initiatives.
• Attend monthly QA/regulatory meetings and quarterly staff meetings.
• Supervise facility clinical staff and oversee care plans and compliance.
• Collaborate with NPs to manage daily resident care across facilities.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care through on-site rounds.
