Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Attending Physician to drive population health in our Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. You will lead clinical teams and coordinate with APCs to deliver high-quality, team-based care across client facilities.

The role may include a Medical Directorship capacity, providing clinical leadership and oversight within one or more facilities. A strong background in post-acute or value-based care is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if serving in a Medical Directorship capacity
• Active and unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA registration as required
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or value-based care settings preferred
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership
• Familiarity with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred) and care coordination workflow

Responsibilities

• Lead population health initiatives under Eventus WholeHealth’s Outcomes-Centered Healthcare (OCH) model.
• Provide clinical leadership and collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff.
• Support high-quality, team-based care across assigned facilities and assume Medical Directorship duties if assigned.
