Job summary

Piedmont Driving Club in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time Turnstand Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service at the Turnstand, taking orders, describing portions and allergens, and ensuring accuracy at the point of service.

You will learn our menu inside and out, assist with restocking, keep the work area clean, and help create a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for club members.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older (to serve alcohol).
• Some food or beverage experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders as guests approach the Turnstand.
• Assembles orders and charges to member's accounts.
• Thanks members and guests; invites them to return.
• Checks expiration dates and removes out-of-date items from service.
• Restocks sodas, candies, chips, ice cream cups, and to-go boxes.
• Keeps the work area clean throughout shift.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time Turnstand Attendant. You provide outstanding customer service to our members and their guests. Friendly and welcoming, you provide immediate attention to all upon seating. You patiently provide detailed information about portions, ingredients, and potential food allergens. Having learned our menu inside and out, you also offer recommendations upon request.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Takes orders as guests approach the Turnstand
• Assembles orders and charges to member's accounts
• Thanks members and guests; invites them to return
• Checks the expiration date on food and beverage products and ensures out-of-date products are properly taken out of service
• Restocks sodas, candies, chips, ice cream cups, and to-go boxes
• Keeps work area clean throughout shift

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

• Wage: $17.00 to 18.00/hr
