Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is hiring an Attendant to maintain and stock mini bars across the property, ensuring products are available and presented to guests.

You will keep bars tidy, rotate items daily, and maintain knowledge of menu offerings while delivering warm, professional service in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates must be 21+, able to obtain required TAM and Food Handler certifications, have strong English communication, and be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Attendant is to maintain and stock mini bars. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort's policies, practices, and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains all assigned mini bars full at all times during shift.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the mini bars.
• Rotates products on a daily basis when restocking the mini bars.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all menu items available in the mini bar.
• Maintains a positive guest relation.
• Safety is an essential function of this job.
• Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, a Food Handler's card (Health) card and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to
