Bally’s Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence, currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. It also owns Bally’s Interactive International, Bally Bet, and Bally Casino, leading platforms in interactive gaming and sports betting.

With 10,600 employees, Bally’s casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. The company also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas after the closure of the Tropicana.

Upon completing the merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc., Bally’s portfolio will expand to include four additional casinos across three states, including Iowa. This will add over 900 employees, 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. Bally’s will also succeed Queen’s significant stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean rooms daily as directed by supervisor.
2. Ensure confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
3. Respond promptly to guest requests.
4. Provide courteous and friendly service to hotel guests.
5. Strip soiled linens and remake beds with clean linen.
6. Dust furniture, fixtures, etc.
7. Clean bathrooms and vanity areas thoroughly.
8. Wash windows and ensure mirrors are spotless.
9. Vacuum all assigned rooms thoroughly.
10. Replace guest amenities properly.
11. Keep linen cart organized and stocked.
12. Ensure all room collateral is in place and lights are functioning.
13. Report and turn in liquor found in checked-out rooms.
14. Operate all equipment following proper procedures.
15. Handle lost and found items according to procedures.
16. Inform supervisor of early checkouts, refusals, or late services.
17. Report maintenance issues to Room Inspectors.
18. Stand, walk, sit, and perform physical tasks as required.
19. Lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently.
20. Work scheduled hours, including holidays and weekends.
21. Adhere to Company Service Standards.
22. Perform other duties as assigned.
