Job Summary

The Golf Shop Attendant promotes golf and provides excellent service, manages shop operations, and orders merchandise.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service, handle transactions accurately, and check in golfers.
• Respond to inquiries and book tee times via phone and in person, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Manage inventory, merchandise, and shop organization.
• Assist with marshaling, starting, and outside services.
• Support the Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Tournament Coordinators.

About You

• Customer service experience and basic golf knowledge.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
