The Role

As an EVS Attendant at Bally’s, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

1. Promote Bally’s entertainment philosophy by creating a fun-filled atmosphere.
2. Provide excellent guest service and build lasting relationships.
3. Follow policies, safety protocols, and organizational guidelines.
4. Assist in training and developing team members.
5. Clean floors, glass surfaces, restrooms, and slot areas; spot clean as needed.
6. Complete daily cleaning projects.
7. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, wearing PPE when required.
8. Restock storage areas daily.
9. Suggest operational improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and reduce costs.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Must be 21 years or older.
2. Able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Illinois Gaming Board.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Reliable and flexible to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
