Job Summary:

The Childcare Attendant reports to the Member Experience Director and is responsible for ensuring the safety of children. They help create a fun and positive play area for young children to enjoy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Exercise courtesy and tact when dealing with the public.
• Be familiar with approved methods of managing problem behaviors in young children.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities in the absence of the Supervisor.

About You:

• Minimum of six months' experience working with children in a childcare environment.
• A college degree in early childhood education is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
