Job Summary

Responsible for delivering and serving food at scheduled functions under supervision, ensuring all event details are executed accurately. May involve driving a catering truck. Tasks include setting up, serving, cleaning, and returning leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties

1. Assemble and deliver food and supplies to event locations.
2. Log and maintain food temperatures.
3. Arrange tables, decorations, and buffet setups.
4. Serve food and beverages to guests.
5. Clean and reset the event area post-event.
6. Return food, equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
7. Distribute and collect customer feedback cards.
8. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
9. Follow safety and sanitation policies.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license may be required. Must obtain or possess a food handler’s permit and possibly an alcohol servers’ permit as per state law.
