Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. Ensures all events during shift are executed accurately. May drive a catering truck. Sets up, serves, cleans, and returns leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies for events.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Sets up tables and decorations.
• Arranges buffet tables with food and drinks.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans location after events.
• Returns equipment and leftovers to the catering facility.
• Distributes and collects comment cards.
• Maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Provides friendly, courteous service.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by law.
