Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a catering truck. Sets up, serves, cleans, and returns leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
• Logs food temperatures.
• Prepares tables and decorations.
• Sets up buffet stations.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans after events.
• Returns equipment and leftover food.
• Distributes comment cards.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provides courteous service.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must obtain food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers’ permit if required by law.
